Job Overview

**Job Title:** Mental Health Solicitor

**Location:** Remote/Hybrid

**Job Type:** Permanent

**Salary:** £38,000+ DOE

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a Law Society Panel Member, you will represent clients in mental health cases and manage general casework.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Represent clients in mental health tribunals
  • Manage and handle paperwork efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • Newly accredited Law Society Panel Member
  • Experience in Upper Tribunal appeals preferred but not essential
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Knowledge of LAA and Excel compliance beneficial
