We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As an HRIS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless data management and providing essential technical support to colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical Support: Offer prompt first-line support for user queries and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain high levels of accuracy in employee data within the HRIS and investigate data discrepancies.
- System Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation to enhance user proficiency and assist with data cleansing, system updates, migrations, integrations, and data uploads.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HR data to support decision-making and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Support the rollout of new HRIS modules and the automation of people processes.
- Reporting Dashboards: Develop self-serve reporting dashboards to reduce ad-hoc requests and respond to third-party data requests.
- HRIS Experience: Previous experience in HRIS, ideally with SAP Success Factors.
- Technical Skills: Highly numerate and analytical with advanced MS Excel capabilities (vlookups, formulae, pivot tables). Proficiency in HRIS report writing and dashboard creation, with skills in Visio and Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Ability to quickly master new software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Solution-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement. Discreet and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
