About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our team at C&C Group plc. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving automation within our commercial margin accounting, reporting, and invoicing administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Finance Managers in the design of system processes that drive automation and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute robust test plans for new processes.
  • Deliver automated and robust processes that meet business requirements.
  • Review negative gross margin reports and work with sales account managers to implement corrective action.
  • Collaborate with buyers to resolve issues with cost build and Purchase Price Variance.
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to systemize and future-proof processes.
  • Develop integrity reports and training material to support Finance Managers in delivering training to colleagues.
  • Perform daily system reconciliations and integrity checks.
  • Identify process improvement projects to enable finance and business efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience in delivering change through projects and process improvement work. Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAAS, SQL, databases, and ERP systems are beneficial.
