About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our team at C&C Group plc. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements that enhance our commercial margin accounting, reporting, and invoicing administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Finance Managers to design and implement system processes that drive automation and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute robust test plans to ensure seamless rollout of new processes.
  • Deliver automated and robust processes that meet business needs.
  • Review and analyze negative gross margin reports, working with sales account managers to identify drivers and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of interplay between supplier catalogue, standard cost, landed costs, and GL postings in JDEdwards.
  • Collaborate with buyers to resolve issues with cost build, including reviews of Purchase Price Variance.
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to systemize and future-proof processes.
  • Develop integrity reports and training materials, supporting Finance Managers in delivering training to finance and non-finance colleagues.
  • Perform daily system reconciliations and integrity checks.
  • Identify process improvement projects that enable finance and business efficiency, and lead implementation efforts.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering change through projects and process improvement work.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAAS, SQL, databases, and ERP systems is beneficial.
