The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Assistant. As a key member of our Clubhouse team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming environment for our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our members and visitors, building a loyal community around the Rapha brand.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Rapha products and services, providing expert knowledge to our customers.
  • Work closely with our chef to prepare and present café offerings that meet the high standards of our brand.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of Clubhouse Rides and Events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and visitors.
  • Support the team in maintaining the highest visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for all.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in a luxury retail environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Is a team player, able to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Is flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Has a strong knowledge of the Rapha brand and its values, with a passion for cycling and the sport.
  • Is able to communicate effectively with our customers, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
