The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Assistant in London. As a key member of our Clubhouse team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and develop relationships with Clubhouse visitors to deliver the legendary Rapha experience
  • Seamlessly move between Clubhouse areas to provide consistent world-class service
  • Drive sales by uncovering customer needs and presenting appropriate range solutions
  • Provide expert Rapha product knowledge and recommend menu items to customers
  • Create a friendly and welcoming environment that fosters the sport and culture of cycling
  • Communicate positively about the brand and embody Rapha's core values: Passion, Determination, Creativity, and Communication
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Assist in planning and delivering Clubhouse Rides and Events
  • Support the team in creating an inspiring and positive working environment
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with experience in luxury retail and cafe environments, who is passionate about delivering legendary customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, be personable and friendly, and have the ability to prioritize and demonstrate initiative.
