Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Adult Social Worker to become a vital part of our Older People and Physical Disabilities Team.

Note: A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in social work is essential for this role.

Team Dynamics

This dedicated team focuses on individuals aged 65 and above, providing essential support through home visits, care plan evaluations, and comprehensive assessments. Our team comprises Occupational Therapists and social workers collaborating with various services across the community to enhance individual well-being. The team is well-regarded for its strong internal morale and commitment to service excellence.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) along with at least 1 year of post-ASYE experience. Familiarity with Section 42, Care Act, and Mental Capacity Act assessments is highly desirable.
