We are a dynamic small organization with ambitious future plans, seeking a flexible and adaptable individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Administrator.

Job Summary

This part-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of business locations, requiring a valid driver's license and own transportation. As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering accredited leadership workshops for managers at all levels, both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new training programs tailored to meet client needs
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in people management
  • Apply diverse training techniques to address various learning styles
  • Offer personalized coaching and support to managers
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of HR challenges
  • Proven track record in delivering management training to various client groups
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing training programs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms
  • NLP/Coaching certification or MHFA Trainer qualification is a plus, but not essential
Location

This role is required to be based in the Cambridgeshire area.
