Business Development Manager - PPE Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our PPE Sales Team at Lyreco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new leads and prospects to promote our Safety profile and win new accounts within the PPE sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the PPE pipeline for your allocated area, working closely with Account Managers to achieve defined sales and margin targets.
  • Attend in-person customer-facing meetings to promote our Safety profile and win new business.
  • Utilize your analytical and mathematical skills to present commercially viable quotes and proposals to customers.
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers and prospects, with a minimum of 4 days per week.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of winning and developing business in a PPE customer-facing sales environment.
  • Proven ability to handle and present quotes and proposals, with excellent commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with good computer literacy and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a good degree of flexibility.
