Ryanair is seeking a dedicated Aviation Theory Instructor to contribute to Europe's largest airline group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Ryanair's ambitious growth plan, which includes expanding its fleet to 800 aircraft and training over 1000 new pilots annually.

The successful candidate will join a team of experienced instructors committed to delivering high-quality theoretical training for initial pilot courses at our state-of-the-art training center.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging classroom instruction sessions to aspiring pilots.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive coursework, presentations, and e-learning materials.
  • Manage and resolve technical and ground school inquiries effectively.
  • Supervise and evaluate pilot examinations with precision.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the training program.
Your Qualifications:
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (including Pre-Settled Status).
  • Proven experience in aviation instruction, with a preference for B737 flying or engineering background.
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in training methods.
  • Completion of ATPL theory exams is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with pilots and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in standard PC software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
