We are seeking a qualified and experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team as an Instructor at Balance Education Limited. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing theory and practical training to HGV/Heavy Vehicle apprentice learners in both workshop and classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to HGV/Heavy Vehicle apprentice learners
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of learners
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive learning experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle mechanics
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HGV/Heavy Vehicle mechanic or technician in the industry
  • A keen interest in working in education
