As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of pharmacy services, working closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for tasks such as medicine management, administering medications, patient counselling, and medicines reconciliation.
We offer a competitive annual salary up to £31,710 per annum FTE, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including bespoke induction, competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and our bespoke Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of pharmacy services, working closely with the healthcare team
- Administer medications, manage medicines, and provide patient counselling
- Participate in day-to-day operational management of the unit, ensuring you are trained and competent to take on additional responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, undertake risk assessments, and provide sound patient counselling skills
