About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our established bid team at Tetra Tech. As a key business support role, you will play a central part in supporting proposal generation and submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the bid management process, ensuring timely collection of all necessary documentation for bids and proposals.
  • Organise mobilisation meetings, check point calls, and bid reviews to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage the bid programme, ensuring compliance and delivery by the due date.
  • Liaise with the Bid Manager, Technical Authors, and external consultants to ensure high-quality bid submissions.
  • Proof-read text to ensure grammar and spelling accuracy.
  • Manage bid control procedures to ensure adherence to Group Bid Management Processes.
  • Review bid outcomes and forward high-scoring content to the Bid Content Database.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Effective internal and external communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Initiative and perseverance.
  • Excellent time and programme management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
