Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of depot operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching dairy products.
  • Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, ensuring clear communication and effective performance.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize product availability.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
  • Monitor operational costs and identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing warehouse operations within the food industry, preferably dairy products.
