**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
  • Support the finance team with data entry and posting information
  • Administer our banking systems and communicate with the bank relationship team
  • Assist with cash forecasting and cash reporting
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements:**

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic Excel skills
