Night Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at SUEZ UK. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HWRC and TS sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control site operations, including waste management, recycling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure that all sites are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the recycling or waste management industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies, with the ability to ensure that all site activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary, up to £42,707, plus car allowance, up to 10% bonus, holidays, and pension. We are a forward-thinking company that values our employees and offers opportunities for personal growth and development.
