Site Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily activities of the site, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Lead a team of people based at the site, promoting excellent customer service and high recycling and recovery rates.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and other members of the management team to achieve site performance KPIs.
- Operate mobile plant, manage material flow, and provide exceptional customer service to the local authority client and the general public.
- Proven communication and people management skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and deal with internal and external customers.
- Level 4 treatment and transfer COTC, NEBOSH/IOSH H & S qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and experience of administrational operating systems.
- Supervisory experience.
