About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process & Procedures Operations Administrator to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly review and update existing processes to ensure they meet current business needs and industry standards.
  • Develop, document, and implement new operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Support centre departments to gather information and insights for process improvement.
  • Implement best practices and identify areas for operational improvements & efficiency that are aligned to the Strategic goals.
  • Analyse tasks and recommend process enhancements to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust as necessary.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are customer-centric, aiming to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency gains.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 'Can do' attitude with the ability to use your own initiative to drive processes forwards.
  • Collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
