Location: Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £30,000 plus bonus

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process & Procedures Operations Administrator to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing operational processes and procedures to drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly review and update existing processes to ensure they meet current business needs and industry standards.
  • Develop, document, and implement new operational processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and insights for process improvement.
  • Implement best practices and identify areas for operational improvements and efficiency aligned to our strategic goals.
  • Analyze tasks and recommend process enhancements to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust as necessary.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in store operations and ensure that all processes and procedures are customer-centric.
  • Work closely with the Store Operations team to understand customer needs and feedback.
