Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will play a vital role in leading and delivering our hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to our staff group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, working closely with our Hospital Manager and Operations Director.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Screen and assess patients with challenging behaviors, developing effective de-escalation strategies to ensure patient safety.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
  • Proven track record of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
  • Experience of preparing and presenting reports at senior management level.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
