The Leader Group is collaborating with a leading healthcare provider in the North of England to recruit an EMI Unit Manager for their Dementia/Challenging Behaviours facility in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager or Deputy Manager looking to take on a leadership role.
- Oversee the daily operations of the EMI unit, ensuring a clean and organised environment.
- Lead and supervise a care team, promoting high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement best practices for dementia care, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support staff in providing person-centred dementia care, focusing on resident well-being.
- Manage residents' health, including medication administration, in collaboration with the care team.
- Implement effective leadership strategies to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- NMC registration.
- Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of mental health and dementia care.
