EMI Unit Manager Opportunity

Leader Recruitment Group is collaborating with a leading healthcare provider in the North of England to recruit an EMI Unit Manager for their Dementia/Challenging Behaviours facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a care team to ensure the highest standards of service.
  • Manage daily operations of the EMI unit, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Oversee resident well-being activities and care delivery, prioritizing person-centered dementia care.
  • Support staff in providing high-quality care, addressing complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Manage residents' health, including medication administration, and implement best practices for dementia care.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
  • RMN/RNLD qualification with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • NMC registration.
  • Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting, with a strong understanding of mental health and dementia care.
  • Ability to handle complex information and challenging situations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with external stakeholders and agencies, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
