Silver Swan Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to a dedicated entrepreneur. This role requires extensive travel, advanced logistical planning, and the ability to handle language barriers and foreign environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the principal's schedule and ensure all arrangements are handled with precision
- Provide high-level support to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience during travel
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a personal assistant role with extensive international travel
- Well-traveled with strong abilities in navigating foreign countries
- Exceptional organizational and logistical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential information
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, able to anticipate and address needs
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- American-based candidates only
