Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Support Specialist to join our People & Culture department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Officers in their roles and contributing to the success of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Recruitment Officers in their daily tasks and activities.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, onboarding, and reviewing.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, such as verification of identification, reference checks, DBS applications, and right to work.
  • SOURCE candidates through online channels for both full and part-time hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including data protection.
  • Screen CVs and applications as required.
  • Make initial contact with potential applicants and administer CV responses.
  • Be a brand ambassador when representing M&D Care on external job boards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements

  • Adaptability, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Confident phone manner and ability to engage with applicants.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment environment, preferably in the Health and Social Care sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to multitask.
