The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in strengthening our connections within this sector, advancing our strategic initiatives, and driving growth.

New Business Acquisition (70%):


• Discover and pursue fresh business prospects within the government national security landscape.


• Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and surpass sales objectives, fostering revenue expansion.


• Conduct in-depth market analysis to grasp industry dynamics, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.


• Develop and sustain a solid sales pipeline, actively engaging with potential clients through diverse channels, including networking events, outreach efforts, and industry conferences.


• Identify and forge partnerships that will enhance our presence in the sector and broaden our service offerings.


• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to produce persuasive sales materials and targeted marketing campaigns.

Client Relationship Management and Development (30%):


• Foster and maintain relationships with our current national security clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


• Work in partnership with our National Security Club to comprehend clients' evolving requirements and provide insights for service enhancement.


• Conduct regular account evaluations and collaborate with clients to pinpoint areas for optimization and enhancement.


• Implement strategies to retain and expand existing accounts, showcasing the ongoing value of our solutions.

Qualifications


• Proven experience in selling digital services and solutions to central government entities in the UK, particularly within the National Security sector.


• Strong comprehension of public sector operations, both commercially and at project and program levels.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.


• Demonstrated capacity to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships, resulting in customer loyalty and repeat business.


• Self-driven and capable of working independently, with a focus on results.


• Familiarity with government and industry digital standards and methodologies.

Compensation:

£70,000 to £80,000 plus OTE
