About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at OneAPPS Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ArcGIS Enterprise solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Administration: Manage all aspects of ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement ArcGIS Monitor and integrate with other monitoring tools like Splunk, Sumologic etc.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks: Software updates, patches, and system backups.
  • User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and offer guidance on best practices for utilizing ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Implement security measures: Safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Monitor access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data encryption protocols.
  • Performance Optimization: Evaluate system performance, scalability and capacity to identify opportunities for optimization. Integrate ArcGIS Enterprise with other systems and applications to facilitate data exchange and workflow automation.
  • Maintain documentation: System configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
  • Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Monitor, and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Knowledge of Experience Builder and Web App Builder.
  • Prior development experience in ArcGIS JavaScript API, and custom widgets in Web App Builder/ Experience Builder.
  • Understanding of ArcGIS Server.
  • Platform Administration: Manage all aspects of ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement ArcGIS Monitor and integrate with other monitoring tools.
