Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Centre's profitability and performance, utilizing P&L management to drive success and generate new business through proactive outreach and service upselling.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities through networking, collaboration with brokers, and commercial agents, while diligently managing leads and updating CRM systems throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about local market trends by hosting and attending networking events, fostering relationships with industry professionals.
  • Manage the renewal process to retain customers while maintaining profitable margins.
  • Maximize occupancy rates and profitability by addressing customers' expansion needs effectively.
  • Participate in monthly business reviews, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing strategies to enhance Centre performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of Centre operations, including invoicing, maintenance, IT, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with local and national contractors to ensure timely completion of building projects.
  • Mitigate fraud risks in accordance with company policies and uphold Health and Safety standards within the Centre.
  • Establish clear performance expectations for team members and conduct regular meetings to set objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business-to-business sales environment, with a proven track record of managing and motivating small teams (1-3 individuals).
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate new business leads with strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Prior experience with P&L responsibility is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • A valid driving license is required.
