Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Fine Art and Gallery division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM/ATS data by carefully coding candidate skills and inputting relevant information.
- Prepare formatted CVs and log send outs on CMS/ATS (Bullhorn), maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Write job descriptions and enter new vacancies onto Bullhorn, adhering to company standards.
- Post vacancies to various job platforms, including LinkedIn, Reed, and CV Library, to attract top talent.
- Screen candidates, coordinate applications, and conduct interviews, providing exceptional customer service.
- SOURCE candidates using online platforms and internal CRM for live vacancies, leveraging industry connections.
- Review and process incoming website applications on behalf of the team, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Share marketing content and job ads via LinkedIn, promoting the company's brand and job opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in administration and related processes.
- Proficiency in IT and ability to learn new software quickly, with a focus on Bullhorn CRM/ATS.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- A self-starter with the ability to organize own workload, work independently, and as part of a team.
