What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our business, creating a personal and remarkable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Your role will involve:
- Exceeding Sales Targets
- Using creative selling techniques, teamwork, and follow-up on customer quotes to drive sales growth.
- Partnering with our in-house Interior Decorator to capitalize on sales opportunities and provide customers with a seamless experience.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Assisting customers with their queries and providing solutions to their needs.
- Processing customer orders and ticketing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supporting Store Operations
- Assisting with visual merchandising to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
- Performing ad-hoc duties as required by your store management team.
