Insurance Account Executive

Rev & Regs is seeking a skilled Account Handler (Insurance) for a prominent and well-respected insurance firm.
Your role will involve the management of clients' insurance needs on a daily basis, including handling inquiries, processing renewals, making mid-term adjustments, securing quotes, finalizing sales, and invoicing premiums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of client retention goals by delivering exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to devise suitable renewal strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify the most competitive insurance terms.
- Create and distribute professional summaries and reports utilizing company templates.
- Ensure all tasks are prioritized and completed accurately and promptly.
- Address all inquiries, whether written or verbal, in a professional manner, adhering to service standards.
- Document all pertinent information, correspondence, and paperwork in the broking system, utilizing the diary system effectively.
- Generate precise and professional documentation consistently.
- Actively promote products from other divisions.
- Refer complex queries to senior staff for further assistance.
- Collaborate with and support other departments as needed.
Required Experience:
- Strong technical insurance knowledge, evaluated through regular in-house assessments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Efficient work processing abilities.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Outstanding client service capabilities.
- Effective negotiation and broking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Competence in gathering and analyzing client information.
- Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000
