About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging with them to understand their business needs and providing exceptional service.
- Insurance and Risk Management: Present and administer insurance and risk management solutions to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue, working closely with our Directors to develop and implement business plans.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, adhering to company procedures and performance standards to ensure compliance with external regulators.
Requirements:
- Commercial Focus: Strong commercial focus, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Technical Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with technical, legal, and market developments, ensuring that you have a thorough understanding of the insurance and risk management landscape.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a Broker or Insurer.
- Qualifications: Progression with insurance qualifications desirable.
