We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Jukes Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their insurance needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to clients, ensuring that they are fully informed and satisfied with their coverage.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop tailored insurance solutions to mitigate them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures, including FCA regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including motor, home, travel, and business insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
