We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Jukes Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their insurance needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on a range of insurance products, including Motor, Home, Travel, and Business Insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Ensure all business activity complies with FCA regulation and company procedures, using checklists and support documentation as provided.
- Handle complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct learning, training, and assessment exercises to develop skills and knowledge in insurance products, customer service, and compliance.
- Working knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurers.
- Broad range of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software.
