Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our team at AAA Healthcare. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing healthcare professionals within the NHS and other public sector organisations under the RM6281 framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and medical staff, to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and post-placement follow-up, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Utilise various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source candidates and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with NHS trusts and other healthcare organisations participating in the RM6281 framework, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements, including professional registrations and background checks.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry trends, ensuring all recruitment activities comply with the latest standards and requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on nursing and clinical staffing.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting within the NHS or public sector frameworks, particularly the RM6281 framework or similar.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and staffing requirements, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
