Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and medical staff, to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and post-placement follow-up, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Utilise various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source candidates and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS trusts and other healthcare organisations participating in the RM6281 framework, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the healthcare staffing sector, attending industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand professional network and represent the company.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on nursing and clinical staffing.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting within the NHS or public sector frameworks, particularly the RM6281 framework or similar.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
