Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at AAA Healthcare. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing healthcare professionals within the NHS and other public sector organisations under the RM6281 framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and medical staff, to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and post-placement follow-up, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Utilise various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source candidates and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS trusts and other healthcare organisations participating in the RM6281 framework, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the healthcare staffing sector, attending industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand professional network and represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on nursing and clinical staffing.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting within the NHS or public sector frameworks, particularly the RM6281 framework or similar.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and staffing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
