About the Role

We are the HLTH Group Ltd, the UK's leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions. Our adult social care and primary care recruitment division is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who will establish themselves as the 'go-to' person nationally for all healthcare sector recruitment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing the best candidates and building strong, professional relationships with Adult Social Care services, NHS Trusts, Private Hospitals and Clinics, GP Surgeries, etc across the UK.
  • Supporting clients with the hiring of skilled healthcare management professionals in this highly competitive market.
  • Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with clients and candidates within the healthcare sector, providing a professional and high-quality service at all times.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates for each live project, building a solid database of healthcare management and clinical professionals.
  • Target focused with a commercial mindset and a successful track record of billings year on year.
  • Experience of working with remote teams and various types of adult social care and primary care clients.
