Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to become a vital part of our Hospitality Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our guests enjoy a remarkable experience from their arrival to their departure.

  • Full-time role: 40 hours per week, with adaptable shifts that include both daytime and evening hours, as well as weekends
  • Oversee Duty Management shifts, guaranteeing exceptional guest care and engagement
  • Manage staffing levels across various departments to deliver outstanding service
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel and spa maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Conduct daily briefings with department leaders to discuss operational matters
  • Support departments during busy periods to maintain service excellence
  • Welcome arriving guests and accommodate special requests
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Address guest complaints swiftly and ensure their satisfaction
  • Adhere to health, fire safety, and operational protocols
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to the next Duty Manager
  • Serve as Host Manager during peak times to ensure efficient guest reception

Qualifications

  • Present a polished personal appearance
  • Strong communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Eager to assist guests with their needs
  • Capable of leading and directing staff during shifts
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience in hotel management operations

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: £29,000 annually plus service charge

  • Additional year-end service charge bonus
  • 4 weeks of annual leave, increasing to 5 with service length
  • 8 Bank holidays
