Technical Project Manager Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a deal that will last until the end of 2023, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and building fabric installations standards in support of the services organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and provide technical input for all strategic projects in terms of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric requirements for capital investment projects.
  2. Ensure current standards and specifications are aligned with site technical services teams through continuous and structured interface.
  3. Provide technical input to support business case and Capital investment projects on site.
  4. Represent and lead all technical service interfaces on design reviews.
  5. Advise and coach the Major Project management team on issues and resolutions in relation to mechanical electrical services.
  6. Monitor project delivery to key timescales and escalate to the Services management team as necessary.
  7. Provide a weekly summary of project status on all Service requested investments.
  8. Interface with core services team on local/geographical issues.
  9. Represent Services in specific project reviews.
  10. Ensure all technical requirements and specifications are delivered at different stages of project delivery to meet standards and deliverables.
  11. Capture all asset details as per the agreed process ready for deployment into the CAFM system/project pack.
