Job Summary:

Venn Group is seeking a dedicated Workspace Change and Property Analyst to support the Asset Strategy Lead in managing day-to-day space planning and estate master planning activities for a well-known healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a deputy for the Asset Strategy Lead in key meetings and provide strategic support in estate planning and management.
  • Conduct onsite data collation and analysis of space utilisation to inform estate strategy and planning.
  • Develop and manage workspace allocation models to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.
  • Handle business user inquiries related to workspace allocations and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Provide space-related data for economic costing submissions and support the development of business cases.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand future estate requirements and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Prepare reports for various committees and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Promote modern workspace planning techniques and best practices in estate strategy and management.
  • Align planning and delivery with the projects team to ensure seamless execution and implementation.
  • Assess accommodation requests and formulate solutions that meet business needs and optimize space utilization.
  • Champion best practices in asset strategy and estate management to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Professional or academic background in workplace strategy, real estate management, or space management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build and maintain relationships with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and financial processes to support estate planning and management.
  • Proficiency in MiCAD CAFM system and AutoCAD to analyze and manage space data.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills using Microsoft Office to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure to deliver high-quality results.
  • Consulting background in workplace strategy and master planning to provide strategic support and guidance.
