We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and continuously improving the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across our Care Homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the performance of each home to ensure it meets the highest clinical standards.
- Review and analyze clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement practical strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and improve care delivery.
- Work closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead clinical investigations and deliver training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care in a care home environment. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships will be essential in driving improvement and delivering results.
