Part-Time Cleaning Specialist

£11.44 per hour

11.25 Hours per week

Norse Group collaborates with various clients throughout East Anglia, delivering a wide array of professional sanitation services to educational institutions, public facilities, and shared spaces.

We have established a successful partnership with a local primary school and are seeking to hire a Cleaning Specialist on a part-time basis. The role requires you to work 11.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be tasked with performing essential cleaning duties while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining designated areas through mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and emptying waste bins.
  • Building rapport with on-site clients.
  • Conducting routine inspections and adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Reporting any issues or maintenance needs observed on-site.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate prior experience in cleaning or caretaking roles, along with:

  • Understanding of basic health and safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
