Position Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to assist the organization in both operational and commercial capacities. This role involves working closely with various departments within the company. You will report directly to the Business Support & Office Manager. This administrative position encompasses a variety of tasks related to transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing a computerized system to weigh vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
  • Scanning and managing all relevant documentation.
  • Preparing daily reports and organizing paperwork.
  • Assisting with the goods receiving process and supporting the company's quality management protocols.
  • Collaborating effectively with a team of 23 drivers and additional operational staff.
  • Communicating with external vendors and coordinating material transport.
  • Performing general administrative duties and providing assistance to other departments within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of road transport regulations, EU driver hours, and logistics coordination.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role within a dynamic operational setting.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong emphasis on customer service and detail orientation.

Working Hours:
The working schedule is Monday to Friday:
