Job Description

Europcar is seeking a skilled Remarketing Auction Administrator to support the success of our Remarketing operation. This is a Maternity Cover role on a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months.

Main Objectives:
  • Support the Remarketing operation by undertaking various pre-sale, post-sale, and general sale administration tasks.
  • Manage stock inventory, including weekly sale allocations, used car order creations, and over-age stock issue reporting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and auction suppliers to ensure necessary documents are present and correct prior to sales.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Manage vehicle sales payments, auction debt control, and vehicle releases.
  • Support the Fleet Admin department as required.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or supplier account controller.
  • Some automotive experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive).
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and good numeracy and written skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
