Job Description

Europcar is seeking a skilled Remarketing Auction Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months.

Main Objectives:
  • Support the success of the Remarketing operation by undertaking various pre-sale, post-sale, and general sale administration tasks.
  • Manage stock inventory, weekly sale allocations, used car order creations, over-age stock reporting, supplier management, debt management, and vehicle releases.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and auction suppliers to ensure necessary documents are present and correct prior to sales.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting, used car sales order creation, and managing vehicle sales payments.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, maintaining existing filing systems and providing administrative support as required.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or supplier account controller.
  • Some automotive experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive).
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail, good numeracy, and written skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
