Job Description

Europcar is seeking a Remarketing Auction Administrator to support the success of our Remarketing operation.

Main Objectives:

This is a Maternity Cover role on a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in pre-sale, post-sale, and general sale administration tasks, including stock management, weekly sale allocations, used car order creations, over-age stock reporting, supplier management, debt management, and vehicle releases.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Experience as an administrative assistant or supplier account controller, some automotive experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Main Duties:

Stock inventory management, over-age stock issue reporting, managing auction sale schedules, liaising with internal stakeholders and auction suppliers, weekly and monthly performance reporting, used car sales order creation, managing vehicle sales payments, auction debt control, and supporting the Fleet Admin department.
