A leading UK leisure centre provider is seeking an experienced payroll professional to join their Head Office team as Payroll & Benefits Business Partner. The company operates nearly 30 leisure centres and lidos across the country, offering a range of products and programmes for their customers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the community's health and wellbeing by leading the payroll team and overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance management of the wider team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Payroll Team
  • Oversee Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management
  • Handle Payroll Activities
  • Work with the People Team
  • Review and Create Payroll Policies
  • Manage Employee Benefits

Requirements

  • Professional Qualification
