Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and produce dashboards to support the calculation and reporting of MS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide 'order book' analysis to plan and forecast.
  • Support targeting and measurement of sales team bonus schedules.
  • Support R&D, product management, and plant finance on pricing and margin analysis.
  • Update business reporting modules such as Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Support data manipulation and interpretation from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Able to analyse/manipulate commercial data.
  • Experience of business intelligence tools and models.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
