Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the technical vision, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Align technical goals with business objectives to support growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop career growth plans to enhance team skills.
  • Establish architecture processes and standards for quality and consistency.
  • Promote modern development practices and tools for scalable solutions.
  • Work with Product Management, Engineering, and others to integrate architectural solutions effectively.
  • Encourage communication and alignment on technical strategies.
  • Lead design reviews, ensuring compliance with technical standards and business needs.
  • Address technical debt to maintain platform scalability and sustainability.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage risks by ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading architecture teams and managing change.
  • Strong mentoring and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of scalable, distributed systems in SaaS.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, and modern software practices.
  • Expertise in refining architecture processes and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Experience in governance and best practice implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience balancing short- and long-term goals.

Technical Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of SaaS technologies, cloud computing, and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant software development frameworks.

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
