Job Title: Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct non-destructive testing and weld inspection to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Perform quality control of fabrication to ensure high-quality products
  • Carry out weld audits to ISO 3834 and ensure project processes are compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
  • Assist QHSE within the organisation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Internal and supplier audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Requirements:

  • Good engineering skill set (Apprenticeship, HND, Degree, etc.)
  • QC experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Fabrication/Welding knowledge and CSWIP certification
  • PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) knowledge and experience
