About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct non-destructive testing and weld inspection to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Perform quality control of fabrication to ensure high-quality products
- Carry out Weld Audits to ISO 3834 to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Ensure project processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
- Assist QHSE within the organization to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Quality control and inspection of manufactured equipment to ensure high-quality products
Requirements
- A good engineering skill set (Apprenticeship, HND, Degree, etc.)
- QC experience within a manufacturing environment
- Fabrication/Welding knowledge
- CSWIP certification
- PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) knowledge
